A “Dinner Angel” is how we lovingly refer to the volunteers who provide and serve meals to the families who reside in our Emergency Family Shelter.
Thanks to our team of Dinner Angels, the families in our care receive a warm meal daily. Through rain, snow, (and even a car driving into our building!), our Dinner Angels show up to provide meals and serve. We are so appreciative of them, and so are our families!
While we call our volunteers “Dinner Angels”, they’ve provided breakfast, lunch, dinner, cook outs, holiday parties, and even Thanksgiving dinner! Along with their hot meals, they often bless us with snacks, drinks, desserts, water bottles, hygiene products, fresh produce, frozen meals, and so much more.
