YWCA Greensboro Board of Directors Racial and Social Justice Committee Presents:
Black History Month Spotlight: Chase Clark
This February, during Black History Month, we are shining a spotlight on activists in our community who are making an impact. Our next spotlight shines on Chase Clark.
At just 17 years old, Chase Clark is the founder of Chase’s Chance, a 501(c)(3) striving to provide basic needs for local and international youth so that they feel empowered to meet their goals. Chase is active in areas outside of leading her nonprofit, including being a Girl Scout, running track with AAU High Point Panthers, participating in a mentoring program through Oak Ridge First Baptist Church, and working with the Teen Grant Writing Committee. Check out this video Chase made to allow us a peek inside her amazing life.
Thank you for serving your community so well, Chase!
